After many months of training - continuous spending of a whole bunch of money - and lets just say after a 'few' injuries - Team Comor / John Henry depart for South Africa tomorrow for the 7 Day Bull of Africa Adventure Race !
You will be able to follow our progress throughout the race thanks to the satalite tracking devices each team will carry with them (just incase we weren't already carrying enough gear as it was).
